I subscribed for a pro version via the WordPress plugin, entered card details, but the subscription has not updated in my account, either in WordPress or upon logging into the domain itself.

It will need to be merged into the email address that I have added in sensitive data as the wordpress email, as this is the one we host our wp account from.

We also noticed there is a typo difference in the domain part of the email we provided and the email you provided.
