    Hi Team,

I also disabled sitemaps from Litespeed cache so shouldnt be the problem. Please advice.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap not showing all posts and pages. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

    1. Check Sitemap Settings: Ensure that all post types are enabled in your sitemap settings. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and checking the options for each type of post or taxonomy.

    2. Flush Permalinks: Sometimes, flushing permalinks can resolve issues with sitemaps. To do this, go to your WordPress admin area, navigate to Settings → Permalinks, and click the “Save Changes” button without making any changes.
      Flush permalink settings

    3. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Since you mentioned disabling sitemaps from Litespeed cache, it’s also a good idea to check for conflicts with other plugins. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any potential conflicts.

    4. Custom Canonicals: If you have set custom canonical URLs for your posts, those posts may not appear in the sitemap. Ensure that you remove any custom canonicals if you want them to be included in the sitemap.

    5. Content Availability: Make sure that the posts you published are not set to private or draft status, as these will not appear in the sitemap.

If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, we recommend replying to this ticket so a human agent from our support team can assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it quickly for you!

I tried all steps above including the site health trouble shoot. So it means its not due to any conflict. But still the last post that shows is 1st of September :(. here is my sitemap: https://carrentalsmalta.mt/post-sitemap.xml

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Apply the following filter code to your site.

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Here’s how you can add filter to your WordPress site:https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
