Is it possible that the buy button has an error? Multiple people I know tried clicking on it but something is not defined right.

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the buy button. It is indeed possible for JavaScript errors to occur, which can prevent the button from functioning correctly. To troubleshoot this issue, you can check the error console in your browser for any specific error messages that might indicate what is going wrong.
Here’s how you can do that:
- Open your browser’s Developer Tools (usually by right-clicking on the page and selecting "Inspect" or pressing
F12
). - Navigate to the "Console" tab to see if there are any error messages displayed.
If you find any errors, they may provide clues about what is causing the issue. Additionally, ensure that no other plugins or themes are conflicting with the JavaScript on your site. If you need further assistance, please reply to this ticket with the details of any errors you find, and a human agent from our support team will be happy to help you resolve this issue.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Please try using a different browser or ensure that your browser does not have any pop-up blockers.
If the issue persists, could you please confirm which country you are in when purchasing Rank Math?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi there

Hello,
We apologize for this issue.
The team responsible for the purchase pages has investigated the issue and found that the buy button didn’t work if a user from an European country declines the cookies notification.
This issue has, however, been resolved. You can go ahead and make your purchase.
We apologise again for this issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
Yes indeed, now it works. No free pro trial or coupon code for a young starting entrepeneur :). I think I saved you guys a lot of money 🙏.
Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We hope you still consider purchasing our Plugin.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. We’re always happy to help.
