Check Sitemap Settings: Go to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings in your WordPress dashboard and ensure that all post types you want to include are checked.

Custom Canonicals: If you have set custom canonical URLs for any of your posts, those posts will not appear in the sitemap. You can remove the custom canonical from those posts to allow Rank Math to generate the canonical automatically.

Blocked Posts: Ensure that none of your posts are set to "noindex" or are blocked from appearing in the sitemap. You can check this in the post settings.

Flush Permalinks: Sometimes, flushing permalinks can help. Go to Settings → Permalinks and click on the “Save Changes” button without making any changes.

Check for Plugin Conflicts: There might be a conflict with another plugin. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any conflicts.

Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
