The email reminders are sent to the email address we have added in the sensitive data section, where FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment fails.
Unfortunately, if your subscription has already expired, you may need to buy it again on our pricing page, as our renewal option does not apply to expired packages.
