Hello, Some of pages on our website got this as a schema code validation:
{
“@context”: “https://schema.org”,
“@graph”: “”
}
The way of creating schema doesn’t affect the final result. Cash purging, plugins update, Elementor safe mode don’t affect it as well.

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the schema code validation on your website. It seems that the schema is not being generated correctly, which can happen due to various reasons, including conflicts with other plugins or issues within the Rank Math settings.
To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend the following steps:
- Check for Conflicts: Temporarily deactivate other plugins to see if there’s a conflict affecting the schema generation.
- Review Schema Settings: Ensure that your schema settings in Rank Math are configured correctly. You can access these settings in the Rank Math dashboard under the Schema tab.
- Use Code Validation: Utilize the Code Validation feature in Rank Math to identify any issues with your schema code before publishing. You can find this option in the Schema section of your posts/pages. Make sure your post is saved as a draft to see the complete code.
- Delete Old Schema Data: If you have recently transitioned to a new schema type, consider removing old schema data that may be causing issues. This can be done through the Rank Math settings, but please note that this action is irreversible.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!

Hey,
Are you saying that this is matter of the account level or you just trying to adjust the open ticket?Hello,
No, the Code Validation issue you’re facing is not related to your account.
The Schema should be added to your page instantly, even if the code validation is not working.
We checked the pages directly using Google’s Rich Results Test tool, and you can check the test results here:

Thank you for the response. Actually, there are errors for every not-rendering preview:
