Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the FAQ Schema in the free version of Rank Math. In the free version, you can only add FAQ Schema using the FAQ by Rank Math block from the Block Editor, and it typically supports a limited number of FAQs per block.
If you are seeing only 5 FAQs in the schema output, it may be due to this limitation. The free version does not allow for more than 5 FAQs to be included in the schema automatically.
To include all 20 FAQs, you would need to either:
- Use multiple FAQ blocks to cover all your questions, or
- Consider upgrading to the PRO version, which allows for more advanced features and better handling of FAQ Schema.
You do not need to turn off the FAQ schema in Rank Math or code it differently unless you prefer a custom solution. However, if you want to ensure that your FAQ schema is fully correct and adheres to the latest SEO standards, we recommend checking out our professional setup service at Rank Math Services. This service requires a PRO subscription and can help you optimize your setup effectively.
Thank you for raising this concern! If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reply to this ticket.

I received the bot’s reply but I am not sure it has directly answered my question.
I understand that it would be possible to include FAQ accurately if I were to use the FAQ by RankMath block, however this is a Divi site and so it is not possible for me to use the block on my pages.
I am using a native Divi toggle module for each FAQ and it appears that RankMath is generating a schema for the first 5 FAQ even though I am not using a block. I am guessing there is some rudimentary scan for FAQ done by the plugin but I am not sure.
I guess it is possible that the incomplete FAQ schema is being generated from some other plugin, but RankMath is the only SEO plugin I am using.
I am hoping you can help shed some light on this situation.

Hello,
Please ignore the reply from the RankBot. We don’t have any limitations in the FAQs of the schema.
But please note that in the free version of the Rank Math plugin, the only way to add FAQ schema is by using the FAQ block, which is available only in the Gutenberg block editor.
The FAQ schema you currently see on your page is not added by the Rank Math plugin.
All the Schema from our plugin goes inside a script tag with the class rank-math-schema
.
It seems like this Schema is added by your theme or any other plugin you’re using on your website. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
