Hi Accounting Department,
I received an email from you to reinstall my subscription for Free & Pro for $ 75.88. I would like to take this offer, but when I confirm this deal, I get charged with 19% VAT. Why is that? I have a US-based LLC, and this should be your partner, not me personally. Unfortunately, I can not find the setting to change that. Can you assist me?

When upgrading to Rank Math PRO, the purchase may be subject to taxes like Value-Added Tax (VAT) depending on your location, even if you are a US-based LLC. This is due to our partnership with FastSpring, which automatically applies applicable taxes during the checkout process based on location and product type.
If you believe you should be exempt from VAT, you can claim a refund after completing your purchase by contacting FastSpring’s consumer support here. Additionally, you can enter your VAT identification number during the checkout process to potentially avoid these charges, as shown in the image below:
