I have already troubleshooted this, and when I deactivated your plugin everything was back to normal. I have now rolled back to the previous version and all is good again.
Same for me. looks like a fairly widespread issue.
Jason, yes I have on every website I manage. I am currently rolling them all back and it’s stopping all of them.

In the meantime, you can either:
1.Replace the code https://github.com/rankmath/seo-by-rank-math/blob/master/includes/opengraph/class-slack.php#L298, with
$content = $this->do_filter( 'frontend/time_to_read_content', wp_strip_all_tags( $post->post_content ) );
OR
2. Disable the Slack Enhanced Sharing option in the Post, Page, or any CPT settings where the Loop Grid is used.

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
