    Hello Rank Math Support,

    I’m trying to purchase a Rank Math Pro licence, but the transaction keeps failing at checkout. I’m paying with a Swiss debit card and my billing address is in Switzerland (I also reside in Switzerland). I’ve retried several times and the payment is declined each time.

    Could you please help me complete the purchase or advise an alternative payment method? I can share any further details or screenshots if needed.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
