Hi there, I have a subscription on behave of the company I am working for, as my subscription was ending I tried to update the payment method. My subscription was still active.
I tried updating the card details but we work it an external platform that assigns cards with the exact amount only (Spendesk), as I did not include the tax amount but already updated the payment method, the payment didn’t went through so it takes about 1/2 days for the card to have the right amount.
Isn’t there somewhere I can include the VAT number as the invoice is for a company?

You can enter your VAT identification number during the checkout process when purchasing or renewing your subscription. If you did not see the option to enter your VAT ID, please ensure that any Proxy or VPN services are disabled on your computer. Then, navigate to the top-right corner of the checkout page and select the correct region and country where your business is registered before entering your VAT ID again.
