Payment method not working

    Dear team, I’ve received messages that the payment method is not working. When I try to update the method (paypal) i follow all instructions but it fails anyway.

    This morning (a few seconds ago, I had an active subscription. But after an (again) failed payment moment, the subscription is gone too! I like to restore the subscription and receive support how to connect my paypal again. It has worked for many years I had a rankmath business subscription

    Also make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
