Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with accessing your Content AI credits. Thank you for providing your website URL.
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can do this by visiting the Rank Math account area.
- Check your remaining credits in the Websites section to ensure that you have credits available.

- If the credits are showing correctly in your account but not on your website, please go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. From there, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

- After reconnecting, refresh the Content AI credits count again to see if they appear correctly.

If you still do not see your credits after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for your patience, and we hope this helps resolve the issue!

We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.
Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.

What else can we do?
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
