Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the CreativeWork schema being applied to your pages. It seems that there might be a conflict or misconfiguration in the schema settings for your site.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
-
Check Schema Settings: Go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules. Ensure that the Schema module is enabled.
-
Edit Your Pages: For each page where you want to apply the Service schema, edit the page and look for the Rank Math panel on the right side. Make sure you have selected the correct schema type (Service) in the Schema settings.

-
Remove Unwanted Schema: If CreativeWork is still being applied, it may be due to a default setting or another plugin conflicting with Rank Math. You can try disabling other plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
-
Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear your cache after making changes to ensure that the latest schema is being served.
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket with more details about your site setup, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!

Not sure what to reply here, I checked the settings of the Schema module and they look ok. Can you give me something to work on to solve this maybe?
Thanks 🙂
Andreas
Hello,
The CreativeWork schema on your page is not added by the Rank Math plugin. All the Schema from our plugin goes inside a script tag with the class rank-math-schema
and is added in the <head>
section. But this schema is coming from the <body>
section.
However, it seems like this schema is coming from the GeneratePress theme you’re using on your website as you can check this thread for more details: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/remove-creativework-schema/
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
