Our company is not based in the US, so the W9 form is not applicable in this case.
Additionally, we don’t sell the software directly, but rather through our payment provider, FastSpring, which handles all tax requirements for every country.
If you need any forms or permissions to purchase a subscription, you can contact FastSpring and request the necessary information.

We don’t need tax information, this is to ensure when we do our payment it goes to the correct company. Whether that is through FastSpring or you is fine.
With these in mind, would you still state that our vendor will be FastSpring instead of MathRanks?
