Firewall Settings: Double-check your firewall settings to ensure that API requests from Rank Math are not being blocked. You may need to whitelist the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com if you haven’t done so already.

Locally Hosted Website: If your site is hosted locally, the SEO Analyzer will not work and will return an API error. Ensure that your site is live and accessible from the internet.

Hi I just bought the AI writer and already have the SEO plugin. But the AI writing after I paid for it doesn’t show up in my website rankmath system. Do I need to download it or something. I would like to have it activated in my website please
I have also turned on the Content AI switch in the dashboard but it is not working. I cant access the Content AI paige.

We tested the website with our external SEO Analyser and the site is showing an invalid response from the server as shown below:
If this is the case, then you need to whitelist the below IP addresses and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.7; https://rankmath.com.
46.30.212.200
46.30.212.201
46.30.212.202
46.30.212.203
Please get in touch with your host and ask them to whitelist the IP and the user-agent.
Note that these IPs are different from what was suggested by Rank Bot earlier.

I FOUND THE PROBLEM………..
All I did was DISCONNECT the site, then CONNECTED IT AGAIN, and Bam, it worked right away. So you might want to keep this in mind.
I already did that and the IP mentioned was added, but the problem persists.
