    Hi Rank Math team,

I have tried to connect my website with Rank Math and have followed all the steps correctly. I am able to connect to Google Console. However, I cannot find any account to select in the analytics settings.

    Appreciate your support on this.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your account in the analytics settings. It sounds like you have followed the necessary steps to connect to Google Console, which is great.

To connect your Google account for analytics, please ensure that you have enabled the Analytics module in Rank Math. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Analytics in your WordPress dashboard. Once enabled, go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on Connect Google Services. This should prompt you to select your Google account and grant the necessary permissions.

If you still cannot find any accounts to select, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so we can assist you further. A human agent from our team will take over and provide more specific guidance.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

This could be a permission issue from your end. Try reconnecting your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:

    gsc
    gsc

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi Jeremy,

I have tried the steps you mentioned but still cannot select any account on the Analytics section. One difference I saw was the list of items allow Google to access. While I selected allow all access, there were only four check boxes. Could this be an issue?

There was no access check box for: (1) Create a new Google Analytics account along with its default property and view (2) View your Adsense data (3) View and manage Search Console data for your verified sites

    Hello,

If you haven’t created a GA4 for your site, please visit this page (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/) and sign up for a Google Analytics account and property

Once done, reconnect your Google Account so that the new Analytics account is reflected in that section.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Thanks so much Reinelle – It’s connecting perfectly now!
