Both RankMath Pro and Base plugins are updated to the latest version. It is still redirecting to a 404.
We are filling out this ticket on behalf of our client. We don’t have access to their RankMath account. We have access to their WordPress backend and can update plugins/alter settings.
This issue is with RankMath. The previous version of RankMath (before the llms.txt fix), would show a 404 for /llms.txt/, but would work fine for /llms.txt. Now, the trailing slash is being removed via Redirect, and is showing a 404.

Please check the Nginx config file and ensure there are no directives blocking the llms.txt on the site or serving .txt files if they are missing on the site.
