I attempted to view the Google Analytics and Google Search Console data in my RankMath, but they still couldn’t be displayed after linking my Google account. I have granted RankMath sufficient access permissions and am looking forward to your response.

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with viewing your Analytics data in Rank Math. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:
-
Test Connections: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on the Test Connections option at the top right. This will help you validate the existing connections. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.
-
Reconnect Your Google Account: If you see a red signal, try reconnecting your Google account. You can do this by clicking on the Reconnect button in the Analytics settings.
-
Check Permissions: Ensure that you have granted all necessary permissions when connecting your Google account. You can review and manage these permissions in your Google Account settings.
-
Expired Google OAuth Token: If the issue persists, it might be due to an expired OAuth token. You can remove Rank Math from your Google account and then reconnect it:
- Go to your Google Account and remove the Rank Math app under Third-party apps with Account access.
- After that, head back to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on the Reconnect button.
-
Configuration Settings: After reconnecting, ensure that you select all the values in the drop-down list to configure your Analytics properties and then click on Save Changes.
If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Additionally, if you could provide your site URL, it would help us diagnose the issue more effectively.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this for you!

Could you give me some response? Or does this mean that I need to upgrade the plan?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
For initial troubleshooting, you can try to follow this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
If the issue still persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.
1. At first add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
This is how it should look like:
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under
wp-content/uploads/rank-math
and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I followed your instructions and performed the operation. I found two log files in the directory wp-content/uploads/rank-math. Here are their links: https://we.tl/t-sZZc4YASIS. Looking forward to your reply.
Hello,
We apologise for the late response.
The log files you shared have expired.
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at your website to investigate this further. Please edit the first post on this ticket, and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the plugin below to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
