“Payment Processed but Subscription Not Activated”

    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

    I recently completed the payment for my subscription, but unfortunately, my account still shows that the subscription has not been activated. The payment was successfully processed, and I also received confirmation from my payment provider. However, the subscription activation on my Rank Math dashboard has not taken place and premium features remain inaccessible.

    To troubleshoot this payment issue, I have already tried logging out and back into my account, clearing cache, and double-checking my payment details. Despite these efforts, the billing problem still persists. This is creating inconvenience as I urgently need access to the premium tools for my ongoing projects.

    As a side note, I would also like to mention that just like in government financial support systems where users are required to 8171 check online CNIC 8171 check online CNIC for verification before benefits are activated, I believe sharing my transaction ID or invoice details here could help verify and speed up the process for my subscription.

    I would truly appreciate it if you could look into this matter at the earliest and assist me in resolving the subscription activation issue.
