    Hello Rank Math Support,

    I am writing to request a refund for my Content AI Starter subscription (Amount: $71.88 / Last charge: $86.26 on August 14, 2025).
    I have canceled the subscription, which is set to end on August 14, 2026, and I would like to request a refund in accordance with your refund policy.

  • I’m a bit confused by your response — you are the support team, so I’m not sure who else I should contact regarding my subscription issue.

    Please disregard the last reply, as that user is not from our support team.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund for your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
