Hello, we’re sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with Rank Math and the indexing of your website. It seems like there might be a problem with the scheduled actions for Analytics, which can affect how data is fetched and displayed.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check CRON Issues: Ensure that your website is not facing any CRON issues. You can do this by installing the WP Crontrol plugin to monitor and manage your CRON jobs. After activating it, navigate to Tools → Cron Events in your WordPress dashboard to check for any errors.

-
Verify Google Analytics Connection: Make sure that your website is properly connected to the correct Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can check this in the My Account area under the Websites tab.

-
Refresh Tokens: If the Analytics data still shows issues, you may need to refresh the authorization tokens. To do this, go to your Google Account permissions and remove access for Rank Math SEO, then reconnect it through the Rank Math settings.

-
Check Domain Name in Google Analytics: Ensure that the domain name configured in your Google Analytics matches your actual website domain. You can verify this in Google Analytics under Admin → Property → Property Settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with any additional details or errors you encounter, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

Hello,
Please check if your website’s CRON feature is working as intended. You can check with your hosting provider for this.
Also, please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
If all of that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
