Instead, we can process a refund for your current subscription, and you can then purchase a new subscription based on your requirements when you’re ready to return to the PRO plan.

Just go ahead and downgrade our Pro account. It’s up for renewal in a couple of days so there shouldn’t be a refund required. Thanks, Kerry
