After clearing the cache, run a fresh analysis by going to Rank Math > SEO Analysis and clicking the Start Site-Wide Analysis button again.

2. Check for Plugin Conflicts

3. Diagnose JavaScript Errors
JavaScript-related errors can also prevent saving your SEO settings. You can check for these errors in your browser’s console. For Chrome, you can open the console by navigating to More Tools > Developer Tools and then clicking on the Console tab.

and Remove Transients
