  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math not displaying the URL in the Google Search Dashboard. This could be due to a connection glitch or an issue with the authorization tokens. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

    1. Check Connection: Ensure that your website is properly connected to the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab.
      Open the Websites tab

    2. Test Connections: Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on the Test Connections option. This will help you validate the existing connections. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.
      Test connections

    3. Reconnect Google Services: If the connections are not valid, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your Google services. To do this, go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, and click on Disconnect Account. After that, reconnect your account by clicking the Connect Now button.
      Disconnect Account in Rank Math
      Click Connect Now

    4. Refresh Tokens: If the issue persists, it might be due to expired authorization tokens. You can refresh these by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions here and then reconnecting.
Remove Access to Rank Math SEO

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please follow this guide to remove the Rank Math App from your Google account: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

After that, please reconnect your Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics with all the required permissions and see if that works for you.

Also, please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
