We’re experiencing a performance issue on our WordPress site https://totdiamant.com related to the size of the rank-math-options-titles option.
After running diagnostics on our database, we found that this single option is over 850 KB in size and set to autoload = yes, which means it loads on every page request. This is contributing significantly to slow performance, especially before caching is applied.
Key points:
The wp_options table contains 811 autoloaded options totaling nearly 1 MB.
The rank-math-options-titles entry alone accounts for ~850 KB of that.
Even after disabling most modules in Rank Math, the size remains nearly the same.
We suspect it retains old or unnecessary data (possibly from legacy post types, imports, or unused configurations).

The meta key rank-math-options-titles holds the default post/page title configured at Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > Posts (or other post type) and taxonomies.
The size of our options is not so big that it could cause any performance issues by being autoloaded, and most of the option names here are crucial for all of Rank Math’s functionality to work properly.
You can change the autoload option, but the default behavior will return to your website as soon as that option is regenerated.
