    Dear Rank Math Team,

    My name is Javier Macia, associated with the account email x***@g********.

    I have just noticed an automatic renewal charge of €74.66 on July 18, 2025, for a subscription I have not used in over eight months. The project linked to this subscription was abandoned, and I have had no intention of continuing its use.

    Furthermore, I was not notified in advance of this renewal, nor was I informed of the price increase compared to the previous year. I consider this lack of communication and transparency unacceptable.

    I am formally requesting:

    1. The immediate cancellation of the current subscription.

    2. A full refund of the €74.66 charge.

    If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution, I will proceed to file a chargeback with my bank and consider reporting the incident to consumer protection platforms and public review forums.

    I expect your response within the next few business days.

    As requested, we have cancelled and initiated a refund for your requested transactions. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go.
