Yes, this is the one … I can’t turn this button blue when I try to click, it says it’s already active, if it is active, then this button shows in my settings as grey

Regarding the Instant Indexing module, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by a conflicting plugin/theme.
