Custom Canonicals: If you have set custom canonical URLs for some of your posts, those posts will not appear in the sitemap. Rank Math includes only the self-referencing canonical URLs by default. To ensure all your posts are included, you may need to remove any custom canonicals from those posts.

Robots.txt Restrictions: Check if your robots.txt file is blocking any URLs from being indexed. You can review this by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → robots.txt.

Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with Rank Math and affect the sitemap generation. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any conflicts.

Caching Issues: If you are using a caching plugin, it might be serving an outdated version of your sitemap. Clear your cache and check again.

Sitemap Settings: Ensure that all post types you want to include in the sitemap are enabled in the Rank Math settings. You can check this under Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings.
