Please note that this issue typically occurs due to either permalink misconfiguration, sitemap module being disabled, or conflicts with other plugins or themes. In some cases, server-level restrictions or caching may also interfere with sitemap generation.
Could you please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard and ensure the Sitemap module is enabled.
Once done, please go to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings, and confirm that your sitemap options are configured properly and the sitemap is set to display.
Also. check for any Unicode characters in your database or post/page titles, as these can sometimes cause sitemap generation issues.
We also recommend checking your sitemap URL directly in Firefox browser, as some browsers or server configurations may prevent it from rendering correctly in others.
