Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the truncated tooltips in Rank Math’s widget on the WordPress main dashboard. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
For a temporary fix, you can add the following CSS code to your theme’s style.css
file. This should help ensure that the tooltips display correctly across different devices:
.rank-math-tooltip {
white-space: nowrap;
overflow: visible;
text-overflow: clip;
}
This CSS rule will prevent the text from being clipped and allow it to display fully.
For a permanent fix, we appreciate your suggestion and will consider it for future updates of the plugin. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for your understanding!

The CSS rule provided by RankBot does not work. Please review and provide a fix as requested. Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We can’t seem to reproduce this issue from our local setup:

As per your screenshot, we can see that the font has been changed, indicating that another plugin or your current active theme is modifying the admin dashboard style, causing issues with ours. You can determine which plugin/theme is causing it by following this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for the quick reply. If you read my initial post again, you will notice I said:
Mainly, when RM’s widget is positioned at the far-right of WP’s main dashboard.
Your screenshot shows RM’s widget positioned at the far-left of WP’s main dashboard.
Also, to answer your comment about changing the fonts, I reverted back to RM’s native look. The bug is still present. Note below.
Bug (Desktop): https://prnt.sc/yrw1S2swnO_n
Bug (Mobile): https://prnt.sc/HE4ydKE7t2Pg
Again, please review the display of your tooltips when RM’s widget is positioned at the far-right of the WP Admin Dashboard. Also, please review the display of your widget’s tooltips on mobile devices and tablets.
Again, I would appreciate a CSS Rule to fix the above (for all tooltips), followed by a permanent fix to your plugin.
Thank you!
Petar
