    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

    I am a developer currently working on behalf of my client, who owns the website: https://brightshift.co/.

    After rebuilding the website, I used the import/export tool within the Rank Math plugin to transfer the SEO data. Now, I need to connect the Rank Math account, but my client is unsure of the account credentials. Unfortunately, she doesn’t remember the username, password, or even the email address used to register the account.

    Could you please check which email address or account is associated with this domain in your system? This would allow me to guide my client in recovering access.

    My client has already tried all the email addresses she might have used, but unfortunately, none of them seem to be associated with the Rank Math account. At this point, we’re unable to recover access using the standard password recovery option.

    Could you please escalate this ticket to a human support agent as suggested, so we can explore any other possible options for recovering or verifying the account associated with the domain https://brightshift.co/?
