Each time I connect it, it isn’t staying connected
-
Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the connection not staying active. This could be due to a glitch in your Google Analytics connection.
To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps:
- Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
- Click on the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings. This option is available only in the Advanced Mode of Rank Math.
- After clicking, check for a green signal indicating a valid connection or a red signal indicating an issue.
- If you see a red signal, try reconnecting with your Google account by following the prompt.
If the problem persists even after reconnecting, please reply to this ticket and include any error logs you may have. A human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Resolving Rank Math Analytics Related Issues » Rank MathHello,
Please confirm that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same in WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General.
Both need to be the same for the Plugin to function properly.
If they are already showing the same, then add this filter to your website:
/** * Filter whether we need to check for URL mismatch or not. */ add_filter( 'rank_math/registration/do_url_check', '__return_false' );
Here’s how you can add the filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
Once done, please clear your website’s cache and reconnect your Rank Math account one more time.
Looking forward to helping you.
it still isn’t connecting
Hello,
It is possible that Rank Math might be unable to decrypt the encrypted user account data stored in your database.
Please follow this guide to fix the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-automatic-update-unavailable-for-this-plugin/#unable-to-encrypt
After performing the steps, please clear your website’s cache and reconnect your Rank Math account one more time.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
