The #1 WordPress SEO Plugin in 2024 – Rank Math
Hello
Regarding question number 8, I already included the front link and the backend credentials.
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
1. At the moment, we have no plans on going ajax-based saving as we are trying to go with the “WordPress” way of saving the metas, which involves reloading the page when working in classic editor. The block editor however does exactly that.
2 & 3. We regret to inform you that due to legal restrictions and compliances, we are no longer accepting users from sanctioned countries.
We understand that this may be inconvenient for you and we apologize for any frustration or disappointment this may have caused.
4. We are aware of this and we will update the icon in the future. Thank you so much for bringing this up.
5. If you’re referring to how this feature is separated to our main plugin. At the moment, we have no immediate plans on merging it into Rank Math plugin. However, we will be sure to let you know once we do.
6. Sorry but this is something we can’t do as this section is an integral part of WordPress.
7. We always aim to keep the experience as smooth as possible. Most notifications can be dismissed, and we ensure they don’t obstruct any core plugin features.
8. Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Breadcrumbs and make sure to turn on the option “Show Category(s)”.

Also, please choose the primary category to ensure the desired breadcrumb path is shown on the page.
If the issue persists, let us know here and we’ll assist you further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello
Thanks for the reply.
Regarding the bug (number 8), I already followed the procedure. The bug still exists. Please log in and check my site.
Hello,
The issue here is that you haven’t selected a primary category for your product. See screenshot below:

We have gone ahead and selected the appropriate primary category:

The issue is now resolved:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thanks. It works right now. But your plugin should assign the last child category as the main category. This is logical and natural.
Hello,
Glad to know it worked now on your end.
Rank Math does automatically assigns the primary category for the first selection of the category. It won’t however assign the primary category to the child category unless you manually select it.
If this is something we can improve in the future, we will be sure to let you know.
Lastly, in your case, your product must have been imported or you just set the primary term in the Titles & Meta settings which is why Rank Math wasn’t able to assign a primary category initially. However, when you create a new product moving forward, a primary category should be assigned.
Hope that helps.
