incorrect spelling of my last name while registering

    I accidentally typed in my last name incorrectly. I have tried to contact the bat many times and cannot help me. My last name should be spelled BUSCHAUER. My email is a**@b*********************. My web designer already installed the plug-in and asked me to register it. And this has been very difficult because of this incorrect spelling mistake.
