dashboard no information or wrong?

    hi there. i get no information at the dashboard of rankmath. no clicks, no nothing, just 0 0 0 0 0 only 404 monitor shows up some. i deactivated, activated. reinstalled all tried out. no change. search console tells something different. settings seems connected. (also tried again and again)

    so it just works with pro not with basic?? i used it always with basic contract and worked

    No, the Analytics section should also work in the free version.

    Please ensure that you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin on your site:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

    Then follow the steps below to delete old analytics data and start a fresh import on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tool tab:

    Rebuild

    After rebuilding the analytics index of posts, go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, and under “Analytics Database”, click “Update Data Manually”.

    Your analytics data should be updated to the latest after that.

    We’ve checked your site, and it seems that you have not given permission when connecting your Google Search Console account, and are showing this error in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics:

    Data import will not work for this service as sufficient permissions are not given.

    In this case, please follow these steps to regenerate the token on your site:

    1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:

    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    2. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

    Allow all the necessary permissions on the next screen

    tick all checkboxes

    3. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes to fetch the data.

    hi there,
    rankmath had all access. but i did follow all steps and reconnect… but nothing changes. now actually after 1 hour… i will look later again and write if it changes but still there just shows 0 0 0 0 up….
