Hello,
We apologize for the issues you are facing with the migration from Yoast to Rank Math, especially regarding the schema markup. It’s understandable that this can be quite stressful, particularly when you’re not very tech-savvy.
When migrating from Yoast to Rank Math, it’s important to note that not all schema data will transfer automatically. Unfortunately, the structured data created by Yoast does not migrate over to Rank Math, which can lead to the loss of rich snippets if not addressed properly.
To help you resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:
-
Review Rank Math’s Schema Settings: You can access the schema settings for each of your course pages by editing the page in WordPress and scrolling down to the Rank Math meta box. Here, you can select the appropriate schema type for your courses. For training courses, you might want to use the "Course" schema type.
-
Use the Schema Generator: If you’re unsure about how to set up the schema correctly, you can use Rank Math’s Schema Generator. This tool allows you to create structured data easily without needing extensive technical knowledge. You can find it in the Rank Math meta box when editing a post or page.
-
Consult Documentation: We have a comprehensive guide on how to set up schema markup with Rank Math. You can find it here. This guide provides step-by-step instructions that may help clarify how to implement schema correctly.
-
Consider Professional Setup Service: If you find that you’re still struggling with the setup, we offer a professional setup service that ensures your Rank Math plugin is configured correctly according to the latest SEO standards. You can learn more about this service here. This service requires a PRO subscription but can save you time and ensure everything is set up properly.
If you have any specific questions or need further assistance while going through these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will be happy to assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, and we hope to help you get your schema issues resolved soon!

Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
If the Yoast data is still available in your website, please try conducting the importation of data again. Head over to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → Status & Tools → Import & Export and in the Plugins section, please run the Yoast importer tool.
After that, please check the affected page/post URLs if the schemas are added there. If there aren’t any still, please share those affected URLs here so we can take a closer look at them. Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
