  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap. If Google is indicating that your sitemap can be read but has errors, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Validate Your Sitemap: Use a tool like the Validate XML Sitemap to check for any errors in your sitemap configuration.
An example displaying how to validate a sitemap

    2. Check the Sitemap Header: Ensure that your sitemap file is using the correct header:

Make sure there are no extra spaces or lines before this declaration.

    3. Flush Permalinks: Sometimes, flushing permalinks can resolve issues with sitemap generation. Go to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress admin area and click Save Changes without making any changes.
      Flush permalink settings

    4. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Disable other plugins temporarily to see if there’s a conflict affecting your sitemap.

    5. Review Robots.txt: Ensure that your robots.txt file is not blocking access to your sitemap. You can check this in Rank Math SEO → General Settings → robots.txt.

If you still encounter issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Apply the following filter code to your site.

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Here’s how you can add filter to your WordPress site:https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

    4. Remove all your sitemaps from your Google Search Console and re-submit only the index sitemap (https://meilleur-iptvfr.fr/sitemap_index.xml)

    5. If the issue persists, please try removing all your sitemaps from your GSC account again and try submitting the following: https://meilleur-iptvfr.fr/?sitemap=1.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Hello, i did this but with no result, if you can login with my website and see the problem will be better, i use seraphinite accelerator.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

It seems you are referring to the /page-sitemap.xml and /sc_product-sitemap.xml links within the respective subsitemaps.

This is likely caused by a plugin/theme conflict.

To determine the culprit, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

Looking forward to helpign you on this one.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

I am currently using the Free version of Rank Math, so you can proceed with checking the issue based on that.

Regarding the FTP, here are the updated working details in Sensitive Data.

Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing it.

    Best regards,
    Nouamane Fadil

    Hello,

Sorry, but we still can’t access your website’s FTP. See screenshot in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.

    Please verify that further.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

I have the same issue here. After testing, I found that the conflict is caused by YayMail. When YayMail is disabled, the sitemap works fine. But once YayMail is enabled, any sitemap update triggers a conflict and results in a 404 error.

    Hello @fusionbizsolution,

You can reachout to YayMail support team about this issue. They might already have a solution to the issue.

Don’t hesitate to let us know if you need assitance with anything else.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

    Thank you.
