We can see that you already purchased Rank Math Business subscription.
But to answer your question, yes you can start with Rank Math PRO and later on upgrade to Business subscription. You can follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/upgrade-plan/
The charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis (difference amount for the remaining months in your active subscription), and your subscription renewal date will remain the same as before.
