  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your Google account to the Rank Math dashboard. It sounds like there may be a problem with how the URL properties are set up in your Google Search Console.

To resolve this, please ensure that you are connecting a URL-prefix property rather than a domain property, as our plugin does not fully support fetching data from domain properties. Here’s how you can check and reconnect:

    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    2. Make sure to select the correct URL-prefix property from the drop-down list under the Search Console section.
    3. If you need to reconnect, you can do so by following the instructions in our tutorial on connecting your Google account.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!
