The Import JSON-LD schema feature is only available using Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

The “Process Code” button is not responding due to the inclusion of JavaScript-style comments in your JSON-LD code. Specifically, this part:
// Add more offers here (125, 250, 500 teabags) if needed
JSON-LD does not support comments, and having this line will break the code, preventing Rank Math from processing it.
What you should do is to remove the line with the comment and try processing the code again.
Once that is done, it should work as expected.
