Hello,
We apologize for the issues you are facing with the SEO Analyzer and the Analytics traffic showing as "N/A". Thank you for providing the details about your setup. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot these issues:
For the SEO Analyzer:
-
Check Connection: Ensure that Rank Math is properly connected to your Google account. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and using the Test Connections option to validate the connection.

-
Clear Cache: Sometimes, caching plugins can interfere with the functionality of Rank Math. Try clearing your site cache and browser cache.
-
Check for Conflicts: Disable other plugins temporarily to see if there’s a conflict causing the SEO Analyzer not to load results.
For Analytics Traffic Showing “N/A”:
-
Reconnect Google Services: Since you’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting, ensure that you have followed the steps correctly. You can also try refreshing the authorization tokens by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions here and then reconnecting.

-
Import New Data Manually: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics, scroll down to the Analytics Database section, click on Delete Data, and then click on Update Data manually. This can help fetch the latest data from Google Analytics.

-
Check Permissions: Double-check that your Google Search Console and Analytics accounts have the correct permissions set up for Rank Math to access them.
If these steps do not resolve the issues, we recommend replying to this ticket so a human agent from our support team can assist you further. They may need to look into specific logs or settings on your site to diagnose the problem more effectively.
Thank you for your patience, and we hope to resolve this for you soon!

I want help from a human agent
Hello,
We checked your website with our external SEO analyzer tool and we can see it is working properly without any issues. In this case, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Clear SEO Analysis
and Remove Transients
buttons to flush the SEO Analysis cache.

Once done, clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the SEO analysis again.
If the issue persists, please share a screenshot with us using a tool like https://imgur.com/upload so that we can check the issue further for you.
Regarding the Analytics, in the free version of the Rank Math plugin, we only fetch the data from your Google Search Console, not from Google Analytics. If you’re not able to see the data from Google Search Console, please follow the steps mentioned in this guide and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
