Issue with Pro Subscription

    Hello,
    I purchased the Pro subscription and have received the invoice successfully. I can also see the invoice listed on my Account page, but the active subscription does not appear.
    Could you please assist me with this issue?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Pro subscription. To resolve this, please ensure that your website is connected to the correct Rank Math account associated with your Pro license. You can check this by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account and navigate to the Websites section to verify if your website is listed there. If you see a message stating No connected websites found, it means your website is not connected to your Rank Math account.

    2. If your website is not connected, go to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help. If it shows as connected, select Disconnect Account to reconnect it with the correct Rank Math account.
      Choose Disconnect account

    3. After disconnecting, click the Connect Now button and ensure you select the correct Rank Math account associated with your Pro subscription.
      Click Connect Now in Rank Math

    4. Finally, click OK, ACTIVATE NOW to complete the connection.

    In the [Subscriptions] section of [My Account], I can’t find any active subscription listed. However, the [invoice] does exist.
    I would like to have this issue resolved.
