Hi guys,

Could you please activate my Pro Account? After payment, is still being showed as a Free account. Best regards.

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math PRO subscription. To activate your PRO account, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account associated with your PRO purchase. Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Log into your Rank Math account at Rank Math My Account.
2. Download and install the Rank Math PRO plugin if you haven’t done so already.
3. Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
4. If your Free version is already connected, you will need to disconnect it first by clicking on the Disconnect Account button.

5. After disconnecting, click on the Connect Now button to reconnect your website with the correct Rank Math account.
6. In the Plugin Activation dialog box, select your PRO license and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.

Once activated, you should see confirmation in the Help tab of your Rank Math dashboard.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Assuming that the Free and PRO versions are already installed on your website, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.

Please check if you are running v3.0.92 of Rank Math PRO and v1.0.249 of the free version.

The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight, so you need to keep both installed and activated to use the PRO.

Yes, you can overwrite the previous plugin, and all settings will be ported to the updated plugin.

Please reconnect the website to your Rank Math account and then clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:
