    Hello, I just purchased PRO in my account via i***@u*************************** but I don’t have access to pro in my dashboard or on my website. I already logged out of my account and then logged back in and PRO is still not accessible in my account. Please help. Please ensure that the email you used to purchase the PRO plan is the same as the one you are using to log into your Rank Math account.

    You can download the PRO plugin from your Rank Math account dashboard:

    If you’re not able to find the option to download the Rank Math PRO plugin, please try to log out and log in again to your account or you can try in incognito mode of your browser.

    I received an email about 4 hours after I submitted this ticket and that email sent me to my dashboard where the PRO download was now available. I guess it just took like 5 hours for you to deliver the product I purchase. Anyhow, it’s been resolved.
