  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO Analysis tool not reflecting the information you have manually input on your pages. It can be frustrating when the tool does not recognize the optimizations you’ve made.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Clear Cache: If you are using a caching plugin, clear your site cache and check again. Sometimes, cached versions of your pages may not reflect the latest changes.

    2. Check for Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicts with other plugins that might affect how Rank Math reads your page content.

    3. Re-save Permalinks: Go to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and simply click Save Changes. This can sometimes resolve issues with how content is displayed.

    4. SEO Settings: Double-check your SEO settings in Rank Math to ensure everything is configured correctly. You can refer to our SEO Analysis Tool documentation for more details on what the tool checks for.

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can investigate further. A human agent from our support team will be able to assist you more comprehensively.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we appreciate your efforts in optimizing your website!

    more errors include:
The www and non-www versions of the URL are not redirected to the same site.
Some Opengraph meta tags are missing.
No Schema.org data found on the page.
Robots.txt file is missing or unavailable.
No content freshness information found (no XML sitemap lastmod, og:updated_time, or Last-Modified header).

When I run the SEO Analysis in Rank Math, it still shows a Security Verification (No Description) message for my site.

I’ve tested my server response to your bot with:

    nginx
    Copy
    Edit
    curl -A “RankMath” -I https://brightwebsitedesign.co.uk/
    and got:
    HTTP/2 200 OK

So my server is serving a normal page to your bot. Can you help me understand why your analysis still shows this error?

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

This issue is due to a security check that’s being triggered when Rank Math’s SEO Analyzer tries to access your site. While your website loads normally in a browser, our Analyzer is being served a security page instead of your actual content, which prevents it from analyzing the real page data.

Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

To resolve this, try following the steps below:

    1. Whitelist Rank Math’s IP address: 46.30.211.100
    2. Whitelist our user-agent: RankMathApi/2.0.7; https://rankmath.com
    3. Ensure there are no restrictions preventing our Analyzer from accessing your site. This includes checking for geo-blocking settings, firewall or server rules (such as .htaccess or services like Cloudflare), and security plugins that might be blocking automated requests.

Once these are adjusted, the Analyzer should be able to crawl your site correctly and display an accurate score again.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

thank you – 20i have disabled StackProtect CAPTCHA and it is now working.

    Hello,

    Glad that helped.
