I am reaching out because I am struggling to contact you regarding my other account, which has been banned for some reason. I created this account using my Gmail just to communicate with you directly.
I emailed you from my work account, q***********@e*************, about our main user, w*******@e*************. I’m sending this message from my personal account because we use a group email account for the user, rather than an actual email address.
I sent an email on July 10, 2025, and received your response on Friday, July 11, with the following details:
> Upon checking, our system has detected an unusual pattern in your login. Your account is being used in a sanctioned country, which caused it to be banned. If you wish to make an appeal, please let us know. Please note that we may require you to present some documentation for your appeal.
I would like to proceed with the appeal and would appreciate it if you could inform me about the country in question. I sent this request three days ago, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
