Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math SEO plugin affecting your pages. It seems that there might be a conflict with your theme or other plugins that is causing these pages to not work properly when Rank Math is activated.
To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend the following steps:
-
Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. You can update it by going to your WordPress Dashboard → Plugins and clicking on "Update Now" next to Rank Math if an update is available.

-
Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all other plugins except for Rank Math and see if the issue persists. If the pages work correctly, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.
-
Theme Conflict: Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) temporarily to see if the issue is related to your current theme.
-
Error Logs: Check your server’s error logs for any messages that might indicate what is going wrong when Rank Math is activated.
-
404 Monitor: Use the 404 Monitor in Rank Math to see if there are any specific errors being logged for the affected pages.
If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with any error messages you find or additional details about your setup, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We checked the affected page you shared, and it seems to be redirecting in a loop. This issue could be related to incorrect configuration in our Redirection module or feature.
Here’s a guide you can follow to fix the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/solving-redirection-issues-using-rank-math-seo/
If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
