Ensure Your Website is Connected: Make sure that your second website is properly connected to your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to the WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and checking the connection status.

Check Content AI Credits: If you have reached the Content AI credits limit for your second domain, you will need to allocate more credits. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the Connected Websites section. From there, you can increase the Content AI credits assigned to your second site.

Refresh Credits: Sometimes, refreshing the credits can help. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
If not, an error message should show up upon clicking the refresh icon or button. Please share that error message here.
