What do you mean by (complete ownership of) do you mean by using Search Console ?
Noting that i will add the team to Small business website to wrok on it but i will stay the admin.
Another question, When say i am the owner, do you mean that there is a ROLE on wordpress saying that i am the owner. IF this what you mean then all good i think

By “complete ownership” we mean that the website is fully yours. Not owned, managed, or shared with clients or partners. It doesn’t relate to Search Console or WordPress roles specifically.
It’s perfectly fine if you remain the admin and add your team to work on the business website, as long as the site is solely owned by you.
If both websites are personally yours, you’re good to use Rank Math PRO on them without any issues.
